Fettuccini with caramelized Onions, Cherry Tomatoes, and Pancetta

in a Boursin Cream Sauce topped with Duck Confit.

Pesto Crusted grilled Salmon, over a wild rice pilaf,

with grilled asparagus in a balsamic reduction
